Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of streamstuff.co.uk and portal.streamstuff.co.uk. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

About the Service

StreamStuff provides conversion of CCTV and compatible video streams into formats suitable for YouTube and website embedding. The service is provided on a best-effort basis.

Trial Period

A two-week trial may be offered to new customers. Following the trial, monthly subscription charges apply.

Fees and Payment

Monthly fees are payable in advance. If payment is not received by the 14th day of the applicable month, StreamStuff may suspend services without notice. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel the service by providing at least 30 days written notice. Service charges remain payable during the notice period. Cancellation does not entitle the customer to a refund for any prepaid period unless required by law.

No Service Level Agreement

No SLA is offered. No guarantees are provided regarding uptime, performance, availability, response times, or fault resolution times.

Acceptable Use

Customers must only use the service lawfully and must have rights to any streams transmitted through the platform.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as-is and as-available. StreamStuff shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Liability is limited to fees paid during the previous three months, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
